I hope one of your members can help: I have just entered Ironman Japan on the 22nd of June but am really struggling to find accomodation in Goto Fukue. I understand the one and only hotel is full.

Is there anywhere else I can stay from thu-tue evening (before and after the race on sunday)?

I also understand that the only way to get your bike to goto fukue is by handing it in for shipping on Fukuoka airport?

What else should I know in trying to organise my trip to Goto Fukue? I really hope someone can help me as my Japanese is very very limited...

アキ山です。

どすさん〜、火〜木ではなく、木〜火までの宿を探している
みたいですよ。
そして、福岡から入ってバイクをどのように運んでいいのかが
分からないみたいです。
また、今回の福江島に入るに当たって、何か注意事項があったら
教えて下さいとのことです。


私もそんな英語が達者ではないので、今夜、うちの嫁から英文で
コメント入れさせますので、注意点などありましたら教えて下さい。
（余計なことだったらゴメンなさい。）

■おお、そうじゃった！木〜火の宿でした！
多分、和すらは4人部屋×２を６人で使用すると思うので、仲間に入れてあげますか!?わすは一向にかまわんですが・・・。相手が必殺の「GreatThunder」に我慢できるか!?
■福岡から福江へのバイク搬送は、�@飛行機で福岡〜福江を移動するのならば、宅配などでホテルまで輸送（福岡〜五島の飛行機にはバイクを乗せられないそうです）。�A福岡から長崎まで電車移動して、長崎〜五島をJetfoil（高速船）でいくなら自分で持っていくことになります。
木曜現地入りなら、時間の余裕があるので�Aがいいのではないでしょうか？
■ちなみに、わすは木曜の晩に松山港を出て金曜朝に小倉入りし、電車で博多（福岡)〜長崎を電車で移動、長崎〜福江島までJフォイルで行く予定なので、ず〜っとバイクを引いたままの移動です。
そんな感じに、ヨキニ計らってお伝え下さい。

as far as i know ( i will be there for cheer up member and taking phote. my husbend wl join there but at the first time try! )

1- accomodateion ...... team member asked for all arrangement to travel agancy
who is the one representative from triathlon in goto this year, i think.
i am as a family to go so i did arrenge myself, please try to call
***** Goto bus termianl hotel ***** near by ferry terminal 5 mints on foot at
Fukue. I could make one SGL room reservation between Sat thru Mon
just made it 2 days ago. room was avail. tel ++ 81-９５９ー７２−６０４７
one night jpy 5600 include a breakfast hope still avail.

2- bike...... the way to get into Goto is by ferry with you or ask courrier.
they can not take by air with you from fukuoka airport.
or take JR rail way from Fukuoka to Nagasaki and tehn get on JET Foil (Ferry)
taking bike with you.

途中報告です。

いまのところ、うちの嫁さんと直接メールでやり取りさせて
もらっていますが、分かったところでは、彼はオランダの方だそうで、
（多分、職場は香港）
アイアンマン・チャイナに出場した際に、日本人のトライアスロンに
対する思いが強いと感じて、五島にも出たいと思ったらしいです。
そして、ＭＩＧＨＴＹに行き着いたみたいですよ。

五島には奥様も応援で来られるとのことで、今のところ、宿を探して
いる最中です。

　いただきますね。

彼よりのメールで、ＭＩＧＨＴＹのメンバーに会えることを非常に
楽しみにしているとのことですよ〜。

　ワスんとこにも返信メール届きました。
　コンカナ・キングダム・ホテルは福江地区かどうか、まだ空いているのかどうか？　シャトルバスは出ているのかどうか、といった質問が来てました。
　奥さん連れでこられるようでしたら、ぜひコンカナを紹介してあげたいですね。アキちゃん、別途メールが行ってるともいますので、よろしくお願いします。
　きっと、体が馬鹿デカイので、ジャージ何ぞやれんでしょうけど、ステッカーなどお土産にやれるといいですね…「オランダ支部香港出張所」ができるかも!?
